Data Protection: The software that will be given to you for use is an Beta Version, it contains basic protection measures, but they are not enough to allow you to upload sensitive materials (for instance, private or privileged information). Any materials that will be uploaded will be subjected to the analysis of apprentAI’s team.

User Conduct: You agree to use our software only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights. You agree not to use our software in any way that could damage our reputation or interfere with the functioning of the software.

Ownership and Intellectual Property: We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in our software, including any modifications or improvements made during the Beta Version. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during the Beta version period.

Confidentiality: You agree to keep all confidential information related to our software and its use confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We make no warranty that the software will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our software.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from or in connection with your use of our software.

Termination: We may terminate your access to our software at any time and for any reason without notice.

Feedback the user will provide reasonable feedback to apprentAI concerning the features and functionality of the Software. If the user provides feedback to apprentAI, all such feedback will be the sole and exclusive property of apprentAI. User hereby irrevocably transfers and assigns to apprentAI and agrees to irrevocably assign and transfer to apprentAI all of User's right, title, and interest in and to all feedback, including all intellectual property rights therein (collectively, “Intellectual Property Rights”). The User will not earn or acquire any rights or licenses in the Software or in any apprentAI Intellectual Property Rights on account of this Agreement or User's performance under this Agreement, even if apprentAI incorporates any feedback into the Software.

Audit: ApprentAI may, at any time during the term of this Agreement, upon reasonable written notice, audit User’s use of the Software to confirm that User is using the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. ApprentAI may use a third-party organization reasonably acceptable to User to assist ApprentAI in conducting such an audit. The user will cooperate with ApprentAI in such an audit and will promptly make available to ApprentAI all information and materials ready
